ACTIVATING THE PINEAL GLAND

WHAT IS THE PINEAL GLAND?

Also known as the ‘third eye,’ the pineal gland is a small endocrine gland located in the vertebrate brain near the pituitary gland. The gland is shaped like a pine cone is approximately the size of one grain of rice. Despite it size, the pineal gland has the most blood flow per cubic volume going through it than any organ besides the kidneys. It is said to have the highest concentration of energy in the body. Modern science has claimed the primary use of the organ is to produce melatonin and regulate sleep. However, recent discoveries have suggested that the pineal gland is used for much more than resting. Along with melatonin, DMT is secreted from the gland and is known to have spiritual significance, connections to other dimensions and even communication with entities who exist in different frequencies.

HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN AWARE OF THE PINEAL GLAND?

Ancient cultures have referenced the pineal gland as a vital part of the pathway to enlightenment for thousands of years. It’s represented as a pine cone in ancient Egyptian, Ayurvedic, Greek, Buddhist, early Christianity and ancient east Asiatic cultures. In Tibetan traditions, a very fine rod of wood is poked through the forehead to reach and wound the pineal gland in an effort to stimulate the organ. In the bible the ‘single eye’ is referenced, “The light of the body is the eye: If thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.” The Greek God Dionysus carried a staff with a pine cone at the head. The Meso-american God Quetzacoatl is often pictured in carvings with a pine cone shape and pine cones on his attire. In Hindu scripture, the third eye is represented as the eye on the forehead between the two eyes of the face and in east asiatic cultures, architecture of pine cones roofs and statues were common. According to scientist and researcher David Wilcock, if our pineal gland is even a little bit activated, it would act as a stargate portal and we would be able to ‘fly throughout the cosmos and to other dimensions.’ Ancient cultures have eluded to its significance for a greater understanding of self and ability to connect with other planes of intelligence beyond the intellect, brain and human rationalism. Testimonies of those who have activated and actively use their pineal gland report of the ability to a project and teleport to physical locations in other places by changing the vibration of their physical body to match the location they teleport to. Common terminology used to reference this experience is an ‘out of body’ experience or ‘remote viewing.’

Along with testimonials and ancient tradition, there are biological similarities between the ‘third eye’ and the two eyes of the human face. There are cells in the pineal gland that are the same as the cells in the retina of the eye. These cells have retinal tissues and act as light receptors in the body, similar to our two eyes. Frederick Tilney and Luther Fiske Warren of the Wistar Institute of Anatomy and Biology described the similarities between the pineal gland and the two eyes. In 1919 the biologists suggested the pineal gland was formed to be light sensitive and most likely posses other visual capabilities. In 1995, Dr. Cheryl Craft, chair of the department of cell and neurobiology at the University of Southern California, called the pineal gland ‘the mind’s eye.’ The famed philosopher, Rene Descartes, referred to the pineal gland as ‘the seat of the soul.'

Mystics and Scientists have argued direct connections exist between the pineal gland and our consciousness. It is said that our pineal glands used to be a quite larger than they are today and many factors have contributed to its deactivation. Research shows that fluoride increases the amount of calcification of the pineal gland and prevents it from produce adequate melatonin. Calcification can also result of anxiety, schizophrenia, depression and underdeveloped intuitive capabilities.

WAYS TO ACTIVATE THE PINEAL GLAND

1. Avoid fluoride by either drinking bottled water without flouride or using reverse osmosis in your water filtering system.

2. Drink teas with turmeric. Turmeric is known to decalcify the pineal gland over time.

3. Receive daily contact with the sun.

4. Meditate with a focus on bringing energy and breath into the center of your brain.

5. Alakaline based diet and clean eating - avoiding dairy, too much meat, processed foods. All of these things clog the brain with debris and unhealthy fats.

6. Chant with intention to activate the pineal gland.

7. Consume less technology and more nature triggers natural responses in the brain, including an heightened sense of the third eye.

8 Meditate in the dark.

9. Drink a daily detox tea to keep the body fresh and flowing.

10. Practice headstands. Headstands help increase the amount of blood flow to the brain.

New studies are emerging about the importance of the pineal gland and it’s true function in our bodies. Considering the importance of the pineal gland in ancient texts, maybe it is time for modern science to invest in understanding more about it’s role in our life biologically, physically and spiritually. What your thoughts about the pineal gland and do you have any personal experiences with decalcification or remote viewing? Please leave your comments below.
