This workshop is intended for those prepared to release trauma or resentment towards a loved one who has - or continues - to mistreat them. By exploring the root causes of trauma and resentment, participants will gain valuable insights into their behavior patterns and thought processes.
Do I have trauma? Trauma may manifest itself in various ways, like:
Do you avoid calls because you just don’t want to get into it?
Do you find yourself in the same situations over and over but with different people?
No matter how successful you are, do you feel like you can’t do anything right?
Yeah, but other people's trauma is real trauma…
Pain is not something to be compared and contrasted. If it matters to you, if it’s holding you back from your best life, then it's real. And don’t let anyone – even you – tell you otherwise.
This two-hour workshop covers:
How to “level-up” from a victim mentality
Techniques for releasing emotional pain
The understanding that forgiveness is a journey not a destination
The Radical Forgiveness modality helps us transform our perspective on a given circumstance in order to move forward. It is a powerful technique allowing us to from blame and victimhood to understanding and compassion. By embracing Radical Forgiveness, we can create space for healing and transformation in our relationships. Together, we will explore the process of forgiveness and learn how it can bring us inner peace and freedom from the pain of past mistreatment.
