WELCOME HOME

When I completed my Shamanic Kemetic Yoga training in Kemet in 2017, it became one of the most profound experiences of my life. We weren’t even sure what happened to us, let alone able to share that with loved ones. It took months to convey the transformational processes we went through. Much of that time was spent in silence, allowing the ancient wisdom and spiritual downloads to settle within our spirits.

It was during those quiet moments of reflection that Sarah and I knew we wanted to share and give folks just a taste of what we experienced during those transformational 30-plus days. And so, Return to Kemet was Rebirthed: a wellness and yoga collective created to guide our people back home—to source, to our origins, to the cradle of civilization. Kemet, the greatest civilization known to humankind, still stands after more than 10,000 years, its monuments holding the echoes of our ancestors' wisdom and strength.

This is the reason why we do this. 

The Initiation is a sacred journey of remembering, a reawakening of the divine within us, and lightening the heart so that it weighs less than the feather of Maat. It is a return to our ancestral wisdom, a surrender of the ego, letting go of what no longer serves us, and reconnection with sacred knowledge, rituals, and spiritual practices that can transform our minds, bodies, and spirit for full self-actualization.

We cannot promise that your Initiation will fully unfold within our two weeks together, but what we can promise is this: You will not leave Kemet as the same person who entered the sacred portal and void. This is the land where time and space dissolve into the eternal. You will be transformed, guided toward a new path, a higher path, and reconnected with the power and beauty of your divine essence.
